Which includes lavender, rosemary, basil, chervil, tarragon, garlic, marjoram, savory thyme and parsley. Very nice, add white wine and a bit of butter. I am cooking Chicken Soup right now, and have to admit I am becoming quite the soup cook. I love soup and salads. I grew up with Italian food as a Sicilian from St.Louis. In the meantime, he was hired by Oceanaire in Seattle.
